For him, the L3M initiative synthesizes his experiences derived from multiple trips to several countries, with the products that his country provides in abundance and aims to share that excellence with his friends from other countries.

Originally, from Puerto Rico, Eliezer has had the privilege of interconnecting culturally from an early age in his life. His professional career led him to take courses in Salamanca, Barcelona and even Miami, Boston, and NYC where he completed culinary courses. This trajectory motivated a growing passion for gastronomy and viniculture that now translates into a constant search for quality products, innovative methods of production consistent with our values, and for the ultimate enjoyment of our customers.

Born in France where he lived the early stages of his life, Carlos had the opportunity to move to Barcelona and Valencia to develop his professional life as a physician. While exploring the world, he developed an attraction to good company, conversation and without a doubt, good wine and food. Creating L3M has allowed him to transfer those feelings and experiences to anyone who wants to enjoy its quality products.
